PAYMENT POLICY
Payment for any order may be remitted by Paypal, Western Union or Bank Transfer, whichever is most convenient.
For orders valued at less than $5000.00 USD we require full payment in advance. For orders over $5000.00 USD we require half in advance to begin the order with the balance payable upon completion and prior to shipping. All pricing, unless otherwise stated, is in United States Dollars (USD)
DAMAGED GOODS POLICY & SHIPPING CARTONS
We ship all orders in 5 ply sturdy cardboard boxes ( 21cm x 31cm x41cm ) with lots of bubble wrap so damage is rare. If however any goods arrive in unsaleable condition simply send us pictures of the damage and we'll either reship, refund or provide you with a credit on your next order.
ORDER LEAD TIMES
Most orders under $1000.00 can be labeled, packed and shipped within 7 to 8 business days. For orders over $1000.00 please allow 2 to 3 weeks lead time.
SHIPPING POLICY & METHODS
All products are shipped by one of the following methods. If required we will also help explain the importing process in your country and monitor your order status the entire way until the product is in your hands.
Note - the shipping rates listed below are for reference only. Actual rates may be a bit lower or higher depending upon the world price of oil and currency fluctuations and will be confirmed at time of quote.
COURIER SERVICE - OUR FACTORY TO YOUR DOOR
Recommended for Samples and any order of less than 45kg
Delivery time - usually within 3 or 4 days
NOTE – this method is easy, fast, convenient and great for receiving small orders and samples quickly. You are not required to do anything other than sign for the order when it is delivered. It is however the most expensive method to ship.
Note - Couriers will not deliver to a PO Box
COMMERCIAL AIRLINE CARGO SERVICE - OUR FACTORY TO YOUR NEAREST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Recommended for orders of 45kg to 200kg
Delivery time - usually within 10 days.
Note – this method is cost effective for medium sized orders but does require that you pick up your order at the airline cargo office. The pickup process is usually very simple and generally only requires that you fill out a customs declaration form with information that will be listed on your order invoice.
Commercial airlines charge a flat rate for any weight up to 45kg ( about 360 to 440 - 90g soaps depending upon packaging ). In other words they charge the same fee to ship 1kg as they do to ship 45kg so its best to use the entire 45kg if possible. Further price discounts begin at 100kg and then at 300kg. The average shipping cost for 45kg to North America & Western Europe ranges from $300 to $375 USD
SEA FREIGHT SERVICE - OUR FACTORY TO YOUR NEAREST INTERNATIONAL SEAPORT
Recommended for orders of over 200kg
Delivery time - usually 25 - 45 days ( North America - Western Europe )
Minimum cargo space charge – 1 CBM ( 1 cubic meter – fits up to 6000 – 90g labeled soaps for example )
General Rates - $275 to 325 for the first CBM ( North America - Western Europe )
NOTE – this method is the most cost effective but does require you to clear the order through customs at your seaport. You may also hire a customs broker to do this for you. Our shipping rates include all transport costs from our factory to Tianjin, China seaport, delivery to your seaport, China customs / export document fees and China port handling charges. Does not include any destination port offloading or customs charges that may be applicable.
NOTE - we can also arrange delivery to your door if desired. Inquire for more details.
DROP SHIPPING
We can ship to your own clients directly and use your name on the shipping documents / cartons but... please note that we are based in Asia so shipping small amounts of goods is not terribly cost effective. We will not ship by local mail post.
IMPORTING AND DUTIES
All of our products may be legally imported into any country without restriction.
In North America, Western Europe and Australia all of our products may be imported duty free with the exception of the bath salts ( import duty is usually around 6% ). For other regions please check with your local Customs office for details. For the list of applicable Product Tariff codes for each product please inquire directly.
PRODUCT TESTING
All products are tested by and on ourselves. Only products that we would in complete 100% confidence use on our own children go out our door. We and our suppliers do not engage in animal testing of any nature.
INGREDIENT QUALITY
We use only food / cosmetic grade natural ingredients, most of which are organically grown or wildcrafted. 98% of our ingredients are imported from countries such as France, Brazil, Ghana, Malaysia, India, Russia, Egypt, Indonesia, Canada, Italy, Madagascar, Australia and many more. If it's in our products it's listed on our labels.
IMPORTANT NOTE - We do not use nor add synthetic chemicals of any nature.
